Russia Intends to Increase Shelling of Ukrainian Civilian Infrastructure

Russia has announced a significant increase in the production of high-precision missiles in order to attack the critical and civilian infrastructure of Ukraine with even greater intensity. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu instructed Tactical Missiles Corporation JSC, Russia’s largest manufacturer of missiles of various types, to double its production volumes from 2023.

Thus, the Russian leadership does not intend to stop the criminal attacks on the civilian population of Ukraine. But rather the opposite — to increase the intensity of missile attacks on Ukrainian territory. Rocket attacks on Ukraine in March once again demonstrated Russia’s intention to completely destroy the country’s civilian infrastructure.

These criminal plans are also confirmed by the statement of Russian President Vladimir Putin that the RF Ministry of Industry and Trade has prepared a list of technical specialties for deferment from military service. It means the Kremlin’s desire to keep skilled workers in the production of high-precision weapons, and not to dispose of them in the army.

Therefore, Ukraine already today needs to receive a large amount of military equipment and weapons from Western partners in order to end the war as soon as possible and prevent Russia from destroying the entire country.

Today, Ukraine’s allies are holding the 10th Ramstein-format meeting. They will discuss the supply of offensive weapons to Kyiv, including artillery shells, to create all the necessary conditions for a successful counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This speaks of the unity of the democratic world in the face of the Russian dictatorship.

At the same time, the provision by the West of a full-fledged military aircraft fleet to Ukraine, the supply of heavy armored vehicles and air defense systems, as well as the provision of ammunition to the Ukrainian army will be a significant contribution to the overall victory over Russian imperialism, which is ready
