President of Ukraine stays in Kyiv, continues to work with international partners to form the International coalition. The Members of the Parliament are in Kyiv. All working actively in a state of the emergency.
When it comes to the situation on the fronts, the violator took an operative pause, it is regrouping.
Genichesk, Skadovsk, Nova Kachovka – are under massive attack.
Luhansk and Donetsk regions are under attack too, but we were ready on this direction for a long time; hence, we effectively counter-attack.
From the economic point of view, all of the civil necessities are under full control: there is no lack of food supply, infrastructure works, though from time to time there are disruptions of mobile and internet connection, emergency works are done in a fast and effective way.
Russian army attacks not only the military infrastructure, but also the civil one. For instance, Vugledar Hospital (Donetsk region) became a target of an air-strike. Mariupol (Donetsk region) is attacked with Grads.
It is visible already that Russian “special operation” and an attempt of coercion to de-militarisation of Ukraine do not look like it was planned by Russia. Blitz-krieg won’t happen.
Unfortunately, from Belarus we witnessed 4 air-strikes with ballistic missile rockets.
There are is also information that 4 secret subversive groups were trying to make a terrorist attack at the Chernobyl nuclear power station, which could lead to an enormous ecological catastrophe.
Russia not only strives to overthrow or replace the government, it wants to cause the maximum damage to Ukraine, including the environmental one.
At the same time, we witness public calls of civilian Russians to its authorities to stop the war. They already have an understanding that this is a full-scale war, which could lead to huge devastations.

According to the Joint Forces Command, in the Hlukhov area, the military used Javelin anti-aircraft missiles and neutralized a column of Russian vehicles — 15 T-72 tanks. In the areas of Shastya and Stanitsa Luhanska (contact line/Donbas) the Russian armed forces have repeatedly tried to force the river and wedge into Ukraine`s line of defense. Ukrainian units repel the enemy. Shastya is currently under the full control of the Ukrainian military forces. During the fighting, the enemy suffered heavy losses in manpower and equipment and retreated. A number of servicemen of the RF Armed Forces were captured.

Statement by the Press Center of the Ministry of Interior. Heavy fights continue all over Ukraine. Near the city of Sumy National Guard and National Border Guard units continue fights against Russian aggressors. It is again reminded not to trust Russian fakes about defeat of Ukrainian forces. Heavy fights continue near Gostomel (close to Kyiv) and Gostomel airport. The runway is damaged and is not fit for airplanes. Strong battle takes place near Shchastya, Luhansk region – Ukraine’s border guards and military demonstrate strong resistance and Russian aggressors suffer heavy casualties. National Police and National Guard units perform their duties all over Ukraine.

The Rapid Response Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine gave battle to the enemy in Gostomel. The Guards shot down three helicopters out of thirty-four.
National Guard soldiers were forced to launch an artillery strike at the airport, where the enemy landed. The brigade is currently regrouping. Data on losses are being clarified. As a result of the battle, the guards managed to keep the maximum number of personnel.

The situation is critical. Ukraine’s power system is operating steadily despite numerous shellings by Russian troops.
All infrastructure is under Ministry’s dispatching center control. We are working with strategic companies in the critical energy infrastructure to provide electricity to citizens and especially our military.
The areas in the east and along the border have the greatest Energy infrastructure damage. Repair crews are working. This damage wasn’t very critical to the system.
The territory of Kakhovska HPP was seized by armed men; tanks bearing no identification are positioned on the dam.
Lugansk TPP was shut down because of damages.
Trypilska TPP was attacked but not damaged.
Kurakhovska TPP — under control but under risk.
Slavianska TPP — essential personnel underground, under risk.
There are reports of damages to several mines.
Kyiv Hydro Power Plant was attacked, helicopters overflight, personnel was evacuated but returns to operations. Information is being verified.
Disconnection of consumers growing, hundreds of cities, including Donetsk, Lugansk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernigiv, small damages in Zhytomyr regions.
Consumption fell by 2 GW, system is stable, frequency is stable. Balancing maneuvres are ongoing. Mainly RES are disconnected.

An air threat has been declared in Kyiv.
Kyiv is introducing a curfew from today. It will run from 22:00 to 7:00h. The mayor of the capital Vitaliy Klitschko reported about it.
«This is a forced step, but in the current conditions of military aggression and martial law, necessary for the safety of the capital’s residents,» the mayor said.
Public transport will not work during curfew. At the same time, metro stations will be available as shelters around the clock.
