On November 18-20, the border and front line territories of Ukraine are brutally shelled by Russia. A number of settlements are in the affected area because their proximity allows Russians to use not only heavy artillery and MLRS, but also 82-mm mortars. Such attacks are characterized by their strikes on civilian infrastructure. This is Putin’s revenge on ordinary Ukrainians for the military failures of the Russian Federation
Russia carries out terror in populated areas of Ukraine near the border line, using a wide range of weapons. The Kherson, Zaporozhzhia, Donetsk and Kharkov regions are shelled from tanks, Grads, heavy artillery, mortars, and ballistics are often used. In particular, as a result of an attack on a private parking in Kherson on the morning of November 20, two drivers were killed. A day earlier, as a result of an artillery strike on the right bank of the Kherson region, 6 civilians were injured, 1 child is in intensive care. The border settlements of the Sumy and Chernihiv regions are bombarded with artillery and mortars. Recently, the Russians have begun dropping grenades and explosives using drones on peasant estates — a tactic that has no military purpose. This is systematic terror of peaceful Ukrainians, whom Putin wants to kill.
Consequently, the Ukrainian Armed Forces must receive weapons for effective counter-battery combat and targeted destruction of Russian firing positions. Timely supplies of such weapon will help stop Putin’s terror of Ukrainian civilians and save thousands of their lives.
