Another Strike by Iranian Drones and Cruise Missiles on March 22

The army of the Russian Federation continues to terrorize the civilian population of Ukraine. Every month, the aggressor country launches massive missile strikes and uses Iranian Shahed kamikaze drones to destroy Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. Unfortunately, in an attempt to deprive Ukrainians of electricity, heat and water, Russia also destroys private houses in which civilians, including children, are dying.

Russia attacked a residential multi-storey building in Zaporizhzhia on the afternoon of March 22. As a result of the targeted strike of 2 missiles, 18 civilians who were in the house at that time were injured. 18 civilians were injured, including 2 children in the war crime of the Russian Federation. 11 victims were hospitalized, 4 of them are in serious condition. This is an act of terror and a crime against humanity.

On the night of March 22, the Russian army launched a strike with Iranian drones on the city of Rzhyshchiv, Kyiv region, hitting several residential buildings. Several floors of two five-storey dormitories were destroyed, as well as a three-storey educational building of a professional lyceum. As a result of the attack, 8 people were killed, including the ambulance driver who came to the call. Previously, 7 people were hospitalized, including an 11-year-old child. Russia has once again attacked civilian infrastructure, killing innocent people. This is yet another shameful war crime by a terrorist country.

It should be noted that since February 24, 2022, more than 1,399 children have suffered in Ukraine as a result of a full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. As of the morning of March 21, 2023, the official number of child victims is 464, and more than 935 injured.

Russian territorial expansion in Ukraine must be stopped and suppressed. The entire civilized world should unite around Ukraine and provide its army with the best weapons, including air defense and missile defense systems, which will protect the homes of Ukrainians from enemy missiles and shells.
