On May 25, 2024, Russian forces once again launched a missile strike against the civilian population of Ukraine. This time, the «Epicenter» shopping center in Kharkiv was targeted, with approximately 200 people inside at the moment of strike. So far, 15 people have been reported dead and 43 injured. As usual, the Russian side, despite indisputable evidence, claimed that the strike was aimed at a military target. They assert that the «Epicenter» housed a stockpile of Western weapons and a command post that had been identified by their intelligence. However, surveillance camera footage shows that the missile hit the plumbing department. This incident once again highlightsthat the Russian Federation continues to kill civilians and destroy entire cities and villages, disregarding international agreements and basic humanity. The goal of the Russian forces is obvious — the destruction of Ukraine.
