In Sumy Oblast, the Russian occupation forces using means of aviation dropped five bombs on the territory of the children’s camp called Zoryanyy, located near the village of Vilshanka. This is reported by the Governor of Sumy Oblast Dmytro Zhyvytskyi.

One bomb hit a dormitory building; half of the building was destroyed, whereas the other half survived only the walls. The number of victims is currently unknown.
