SBU intercept confirms that the “shelling” of the Olenivka penal colony was an act staged by the occupiers

The Security Service of Ukraine intercepted phone calls in which the occupiers confirm that it was the Russian troops who were responsible for the tragedy. Thus, even the militants with the so-called “DPR” do not believe in the lies spread by Russian propaganda that the “shelling” of the correctional facility in Olenivka was carried out by Ukraine.

Moreover, there are several such audio intercepts at the SBU’s disposal, and all of them will be used as evidence in the relevant criminal proceedings. The Ukrainian security agency has already launched a inquiry under Article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war).

Currently, the entire array of incoming data is being investigated by SBU detectives.
