General Staff: Russia has lost 156,990 troops in Ukraine since Feb. 24, 2022

The General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces reported on March 10 that Russia has lost 156,990 troops in Ukraine since the beginning of its full-scale invasion on Feb. 24, 2022.    

Moreover, the Ukrainian troops destroyed 3,448 (+7 over the past day) enemy tanks, 6,742 (+6) armored personnel vehicles, 2,475 (+10) artillery systems, 491 (+3) MLRS, 256 (+2) air defense systems, 304 (+1) aircraft, 289 helicopters, 2,107 (+9) operational-tactical UAVs, 907 (+34) cruise missiles, 18 ships/boats, 5,337 (+6) vehicles and fuel tanks, 240 (+3) special equipment units.

As a reminder, the Russian troops keep trying to encircle the city of Bakhmut. The invaders focus their main efforts on conducting offensive operations in Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtarsk directions. Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 102 attacks in these directions.
